Download Download

On October 31st during the Disruptive Innovation Festival (staged by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation) two of our team members, Marc de Wit and Arjanna van der Plas, held an open mic session about the (perceived) Legal Barriers for Circular Business Models.

About the open mic session:

It is often perceived that doing business in a circular economy requires new business models that challenge existing laws and legislation. Circle Economy, based on our own work with Philips and Allen & Overy, discuss those perceptions and suggest that there are actually more often financial barriers (related to ownership)... This session helps explain some of those barriers and how to overcome them. Watch the recorded session here.Read more about the member project here.
