Four years ago Auping introduced the Auping Take Back System (ATBS) for mattresses. Once a consumer buys a new Auping mattress, the old one is taken back, taken apart and recycled. Since then the company has been working actively towards becoming a C2C company by 2020.Recently Auping joined Circle Economy in order to strengthen its sustainable ambition and gain practical insights and best practice. We are looking forward to supporting them to take the Auping sustainability projects to the next level by applying our circle scan and working with them to discover their role in a circular future. That way Auping can define and execute the next steps towards that future.
